Getting fit

Here there are a few pics of the gym in our compound, especially taken for Jake, so he can start planning how he is going to use some of his spare time to build those tiny girly muscles he has.

At the moment, as I have lots of spare time, I'm trying to go to the gym every day apart from the weekend. I do 30 mins running in the treadmill, some push ups, some weights and then 10 lengths (25m) in the swimming pool. Not too much, but at least it's keeping me reasonably fit. Tomorrow I will start playing tennis, we also have a tennis court in the compound, as I just bought a tennis racket today.
